TOS and General Information

The following are my Terms of Service and general commission information:

☁︎ All payments are through PayPal (AUD). I will begin the commission once I receive a notification that the payment has been received!☁︎ If there are any changes to the sketch you would like, be sure to let me know before we go through and begin the lineart.
NOTE: Any changes wanted after the lineart will result in a small fee of $5-$15 (due to issues in the past).☁︎ Complexity fee may be applied to the final total cost of the commission for props and oc design. The price range is between $10-$25.☁︎ Additional characters charged at full price. Commissions without the asterisk () cannot have multiple characters in it.☁︎ Turn around time for piece may take up to 2 weeks minimum. Please remember I am only human and I work 5 days a week outside of art as well as trying to balance home life.
NOTE: Feel free to keep in touch with me about it as as long as its not an unrealistic amount of checking in. I will try my best to keep you up to date.☁︎ I reserve the right to refuse your commission request if it is out of my comfort zone or skill range.☁︎ I reserve the right to use any commissioned work as example pieces for future commission sheets/sales sheets.☁︎ I reserve the right to post any commissioned work to my social media galleries.☁︎ Once the piece is finished I will send you a Google Drive holding all versions of your piece (watermarked, unwatermarked, transparent, any single characters if possible). Please be sure to save them ASAP as the drive may not exist forever.

Payment and Refund Policy

☁︎ All payments must be done in full and are final.
☁︎ Prices are non-negotiable.
☁︎ I do not do refunds.After coming to the final total of your commission, I will send through an invoice through paypal!
I will include the following information in the description of the invoice:
Username
Type of commission
Location of communicationAfter the payment has been received, I will add it to my trello where you can keep up to date on it and see your position in queue as well!
